Mark has over 35 years experience in exhibitions and conferences. He built one of the UK’s most successful exhibition organisers, Trades Exhibitions Ltd, before selling it in December 06 to Emap PLC for 19 million Sterling. Mark has exhibition, conference and publishing businesses in the UK, Spain, South Africa and India. His experience covers sectors as diverse as pharmaceutical to broadband, spa to beauty, and furniture to confectionary. Mark’s philosophy is to think long term, to run lean and efficient businesses that deliver real value to customers. To his staff he’s tough but fair, creating informal, lively and highly creative working environments.

Trained as a Chartered Accountant from Arthur Andersen, Vikas moved successfully into the media industry and has since gained extensive experience in producing high quality, international conferences across Europe, the Middle East and India. He started his conference career at UK media giant, EMAP before moving to Terrapinn to work on large scale summits. To date Vikas’s events have directly contributed over £10m in revenue on topics as diverse as “Cooling with CO2” to “Sustainable Architecture” to “Securitization in the Middle East”, and “Alternative Dispute Resolution”. He is also famed for creating and launching one of the world’s premier Gaming events “Gaming Executive Summit Europe” taking it from an outrageous idea to the must attend event for gaming CEOs in the world.

Being a finance graduate with masters in marketing and with more than 20 years’ experience in the event space, Sharmila Pandey embodies the idea of finding passion in a profession. ,In her current role as Director and Chief Operating Officer at IDEX Events Pvt Ltd, her visionary insights, victories, and indomitable spirit contribute immensely to reshaping the future of the event and exhibitions industry. She remains committed to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization. She works hand-in-hand with stakeholders to spot new trends and opportunities, making sure the company stays ahead of the curve in the exhibitions and events industry
